Pura was founded in 2016 by Colm Carmody, a professional chef with years of experience working in fine dining restaurants, 5* hotels, and Michelin restaurants. Pura actually started out as a fresh juice company called Pura Juices, but as
Colm and his team learned more about the importance of balanced meals, they saw an opportunity to expand into healthy meal subscriptions.
At Pura, we understand that eating healthy can be a challenge, especially in a city like Dubai where fast food and processed meals are so prevalent. That's why we're dedicated to providing our customers with delicious, nutritious, and
expertly prepared meals. Menu Development is overseen by Colm along Dev our Executive Chef and each meal is then adapted for meal plans by team of nutritionists and dietitians to provide your body with the essential nutrients it needs. Our meals are rich in fresh lean
proteins, vegetables, and whole grains, and are low in saturated fats and added sugars. Yes, we do have a team of Nutritionists working at Pura!
Our meal plans can be tailored to fit your specific health and fitness goals, whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply maintain a healthy diet. If you require a specialist Medical Plan, that too is possible thanks to
our Menu Development structure. And our delivery service makes it easy to enjoy a healthy meal wherever you are, whether you're at home or at work.
